One of the Institute’s 16 campuses, the Central Coast Campus, is a joint venture of the University of Newcastle, The Hunter Institute of Technology, and the Central Coast Community College. In a number of other locations joint school and TAFE educational precincts are in various stages of development. The Institute, in partnership with local schools and the University of Newcastle, has an established goal of developing educational pathways, which maximize student articulation and credit transfer.
