The Hong Kong Innovative Users' Group (HKIUG) is an organization made up of representatives from libraries in Hong Kong and the region which use the Millennium integrated library software system (ILS) produced by Innovative Interfaces, Inc. A list of member libraries can be found on the HKIUG website.
The HKIUG holds an annual meeting, where those who use or administer the Millennium system at participating libraries can get together and share ideas, attend workshops, and communicate directly with staff from Innovative Interfaces along with a number of information and technology exhibitors.
Each year, roughly 200-300 people attend the HKIUG Annual Meeting. In addition to local members, representative from other regional libraries (including those in mainland China and Japan) using the Millennium system attend the HKIUG Annual Meetings.
