Abstract

This chapter first reviews health care related events in Hong Kong over the past year or so. It then highlights a number of questions that have arisen as a consequence of Hong Kong becoming a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the People's Republic of China. An analysis of a number of urgent issues confronting the SAR government are presented towards the end of the chapter.
