Abstract

In May 2010, the Transport and Housing Bureau (THB) of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSARG) initiated a public consultation exercise on "Subsidising Home Ownership".

As part of the consultatoin exercise, the Public Policy Research Institute (PPRI) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has been commissioned by HKSARG to conduct a series of focus group discussions on the issue.
